The best trade show collateral is not the piece with the most information. It is the resource that answers the visitor’s actual question and gives them a clear next step.

Printed brochures still have a place. A useful product sheet, memorable handout, or physical demonstration can make the booth tangible. But a stack of generic material often asks the visitor to do too much work: remember what mattered, find the right page later, and connect it to the conversation they had.

Digital delivery can make the handoff more relevant. A visitor can scan a QR code, use a tablet, or open a booth screen. BoothTeam can ask what they are trying to solve, select from the resources the exhibitor has approved, and send a relevant PDF, case study, product page, video, or scheduling link with consent.

The important distinction is relevance. A resource should be tied to the visitor’s problem, role, product interest, or requested next step. The interaction should also record what was shared so follow-up starts with context.

BoothTeam does not print or physically mail materials by itself. Physical collateral can still support the booth. BoothTeam helps make the digital handoff more useful and less dependent on what the visitor remembers to carry home.
