For trade show exhibitors

Turn more trade show traffic into the right next step.

BoothTeam is a digital booth team trained around your company, your event, and your goals. It engages visitors when your people are busy, understands what they need, and routes priority conversations to the right live expert with the context already in hand.

Not a generic chatbot or passive lead scanner. BoothTeam works alongside your people to triage visitors, brief the right live expert, capture what happens next, and keep the follow-up moving.

Can BoothTeam help you?

Do the math yourself. Put in your expected attendance, booth size, staff, conversation length, and event costs to see what may be left uncovered and what better preparation could change.

Open the event value estimator

Trade shows should create momentum, not confusion.

BoothTeam helps exhibitors turn booth traffic into clear, relevant, human-owned next steps. Your people stay focused on the conversations that need them while the rest of the booth experience stays useful, consistent, and connected.

Most booths lose value in predictable ways.

When the booth is prepared around your goals, every engaged visitor can receive a relevant next step and your team can follow up with context instead of guesswork.

01

Your team is already in a conversation.

Visitors still get a useful way to begin instead of walking past or waiting for someone to become available.

02

The story changes from person to person.

Your booth team needs one North Star, clear product priorities, a confident pitch, and approved answers before the doors open.

03

The visitor asks a question nobody prepared for.

Without an approved answer, resource, or escalation path, the team has to improvise or let the moment go cold.

04

The scan tells you almost nothing.

A useful interaction should carry the visitor's needs, questions, resources shared, priority, and recommended next step into follow-up.

05

The right visitor is not recognized quickly enough.

A high-value conversation can be treated like every other interaction instead of reaching the right human at the right time.

From first question to the right human.

Think of your booth as three rings. BoothTeam handles the outer layers of visitor flow so your people can focus on the conversations that deserve them.

01

Outer ring: welcome

BoothTeam learns why someone stopped: a product question, a problem, a resource request, or simple curiosity.

02

Middle ring: understand

It answers approved questions, connects needs to solutions, and shares the right resource without pulling a rep away too early.

03

Inner ring: hand off

It applies your priority criteria and invites the right live expert into the conversation with the visitor's context already in hand, so nobody starts from zero.

A badge scan identifies a person. BoothTeam helps understand the conversation.

Every engaged visitor gets a relevant next step.

BoothTeam does not treat every visitor like the same lead. The exhibitor defines what matters, and the digital team applies that guidance consistently during the show, then carries useful context into the live handoff and follow-up.

Signals the team considers
  • Visitor role and company fit
  • Stated problem and product interest
  • Urgency and project timing
  • Buying authority and requested next step
  • The priority criteria you define for the event

BoothTeam can recommend a next step within the approved playbook. It does not invent claims or make unapproved promises; sensitive, technical, commercial, and high-value decisions remain human-owned.

Where does your BoothTeam live?

Visitors can engage your BoothTeam through a QR code on booth collateral or signage, a tablet, a kiosk, or a booth screen. The experience is visitor-initiated and non-pushy. For configured expected-attendee workflows, BoothTeam can also keep a known visitor engaged while the right representative is notified.

A stronger booth before, during, and after the show.

BoothTeam is a collaborating team of digital agents trained with tradeshow marketing expertise. Together, we build and coach your team around your business, your show, your guidance, and the outcomes you want from the event.

01

Before the show

We learn your business, your event, your products, and what a successful show needs to accomplish.

02

During the show

Visitors scan, tap, or open your BoothTeam to ask questions, explore approved information, receive resources, and continue while your people are already engaged. The right live expert can join with the conversation context already in hand.

03

After the show

Your live team can add spoken notes after the conversation; when enabled, BoothTeam turns them into owned follow-up tasks and carries the context into the CRM configured for the event. The story can end at the booth or continue toward closure after the show.

Turn “what do you do?” into “why does that matter to me?”

BoothTeam works with you before the show to connect your products and outcomes to the problems each visitor is trying to solve. It helps shape clear explanations, relevant examples, and approved analogies, then communicates that story consistently throughout the event.

Is BoothTeam one bot or a team of digital agents?

BoothTeam is a coordinated team of digital booth agents. One agent engages the visitor while others analyze the conversation, apply your event guidance, and determine the right next step.

How does the right live expert get the context?

When a priority visitor is ready for a human, the designated teammate receives the visitor's need, questions, and requested next step before joining. The visitor should not have to start the story over.

What happens when BoothTeam does not know an answer?

BoothTeam will not invent an answer. It captures the question, shares an approved resource when available, notifies your response team, and creates a follow-up action.

What happens after the show?

Your team can add notes after the live conversation. When enabled, BoothTeam turns those notes into owned follow-up tasks and carries the conversation context into the CRM configured during setup. The story can end at the booth or continue toward closure after the show.
