1. Service
BoothTeam is a configured digital booth team for trade show exhibitors. The service may help prepare approved information, engage visitors, share approved resources, identify configured priority signals, request human involvement, and preserve context for follow-up.
2. Customer approval and instructions
The customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and approval of company information, product claims, pricing, resources, visitor guidance, consent language, priority criteria, escalation rules, and human response ownership supplied to BoothTeam.
3. Human responsibility
BoothTeam does not supply physical booth employees and does not replace human judgment. The customer remains responsible for demonstrations, commitments, regulated or sensitive decisions, security and emergency procedures, promises made to visitors, and follow-up actions.
4. Acceptable use
The customer must not use BoothTeam to mislead visitors, make unapproved claims, collect information unlawfully, impersonate a person or organization, distribute harmful content, evade event rules, or make decisions that require accountable professional judgment without the configured human review.
5. Event readiness and failure handling
The customer must provide an approved entry path, working event configuration, safe content, consent language, and a response owner. Connectivity, device, provider, integration, or notification failures may delay a response. The service should distinguish saved, pending, and delivered records and must not claim delivery until it is confirmed.
6. Pricing and renewal
The working public offer is $499 per show day, multiplied by the number of show days. Final scope, billing, taxes, cancellation, payment terms, post-show services, and any separate Revenue Room subscription belong in the signed order or agreement.
7. Intellectual property and customer content
Each party retains its pre-existing materials. The customer grants the permissions needed for SophiMind to process approved content and event records to provide the service. The final agreement must define ownership, license limits, feedback, exports, deletion, and use of aggregated operational data.
8. Liability and governing law
Counsel must define warranties, disclaimers, service limits, indemnities, liability caps, insurance expectations, dispute handling, and governing law. Texas governing law is a working draft assumption only and is not approved until counsel review.
9. Contact
Questions about an event configuration or these draft terms should go through the approved SophiMind customer contact. Do not publish this draft as the final Terms of Service.
